Another batch of graduates adds to the growing number of warrior diplomats of the Armed Forces of the Philippines Civil Military Operations School (AFPCMOS) as 36 students finished the Civil Military Operations Officers Correspondence Course (CMO-OCC) Class 08-15 on Friday, May 29, 2015.
BRIGADIER GENERAL JOSELITO E. KAKILALA, Commander of the CRSAFP, the Keynote Speaker during the closing ceremonies, congratulated the graduates and posed a challenge to them to make all their learning from the course work for them personally, as well as their respective organizations, in practicing their skills as warrior-diplomats. He also commended the AFPCMOS for their hard work and determination in producing more warrior-diplomats which is the institution’s way of contributing to the AFP vision of having a world-class organization that is a source of national pride.
Aside from their diploma, the new batch of warrior-diplomats were also pinned with a CMO badge and given their oath by P/SUPT ERIC NOBLE, the president of the CMOS Alumni Association as bonafide members of the organization. On the other hand, the Commandant of the AFPCMOS, MAJOR EDGARDO V. TALAROC, JR., in his welcome remarks, encouraged the graduates to convert their “passion into action.” (Anabel T. Lasaten)
