CRSAFP Equips its Newly-Assigned Personnel through Training

The Civil Relations Service, Armed Forces of the Philippines (CRSAFP) conducted a five (5) day Civil-Military Operations Orientation Training for the Newly Assigned Personnel of the CRSAFP from 25 to 29 November 2019 at Bulwagang Isleta, AFP Civil-Military Operations School (AFPCMOS), Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo, Quezon City.

Facilitated by the AFPCMOS, the said training aims to develop their communication skills, stakeholder engagement and equip knowledge on the CMO Pillars that will be instrumental in their contribution in CRSAFP mission.  Alongside the lectures on CMO, the trainees have employed their skills relevant to CMO, to include communication and stakeholder engagement, through the various practical exercises programmed into the five-day training.

Through the conduct of trainings, the CRSAFP fervently advocates equipping its personnel to become effective contributors to the attainment of the CMO Objective of the AFP, helping realize its vision of a world-class Armed Forces, Source of National Pride.

 

Trainees have a photo opportunity with Mr Claver San Pedro, Member of the CRSAFP Multi-Sectoral Advisory Board (MSAB), and businessman, who shared his insights during the practical exercise for stakeholder engagement for Local Government Unit

 

The trainees exercise their Stakeholder engagement skills with members of the US Military Information Support Team (MIST). SSg Mary K Soliva and SSg Joshua Allen, who likewise share their knowledge on Stakeholder Engagement during the practical exercise on Stakeholder Engagement with Foreign Counterparts.
