AFPCMOS Staff Bags Enlisted Personnel of the Year

The Academic Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO), who is at the same time the Research and Doctrine (RDD) NCO of the Armed Forces of the Philippines Civil-Military Operations School (AFPCMOS), AW1C Annie B. Magbanua, gets the Best Enlisted Personnel in connection with the 64th anniversary of the Civil Relations Service of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.

AW1C Magbanua is being recognized for her commendable display of professionalism and participation in various work and partnership endeavors undertaken by the AFPCMOS. She was a catalyst in the initial phase of the Government Strategy Management Office (GSMO) in connection with the AFP Transformation Roadmap. Presently, amidst her pregnancy, she still performs all her duties to the best of her abilities just like before and goes out of her way to offer her help to co-workers who require her assistance, oftentimes even before they ask. She is highly regarded by her past commanders who regard her as someone who is “consistent and tenacious in every facet of the AFPCMOS strategic direction” and puts in her best effort in every task given to her.

The present Commandant of the AFPCMOS, MAJOR EDGARDO V. TALAROC, JR. sees her as a dependable NCO capable of taking charge of tasks assigned to her and is simply “my Wonder Woman” in the office. (Anabel T. Lasaten)
