AFP CMO School produces new graduates after its joint closing ceremony of the Basic CMO Course for Civilian Employees Class 03-17 and the Operational Enhancement: Basic Product Development Training for Special Enlistees of the Civil Relations Service, AFP. The ceremony was held on 15 December 2017 at the Multipurpose Hall CRSAFP, Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City.
Eighteen (18) students successfully completed the Basic Civil-Military Operations (CMO) Course for Civilian Employees Class 03-17. The class is composed of civilian employees coming from the different units of the AFP, General Headquarters (GHQ), and from the 5th Civil Relations Group, CRSAFP, based in Camp Panacan, Davao City. Through the course, the students were given the opportunity to learn the basic concepts of CMO, and, understand, and appreciate the role of Filipino soldiers in peace- and nation-building.
Topping the class is Ms. Danica Cahigas, while Ms. Crystal Gay Cordova and Ms. Sittie Aisah Nuska have completed the course earning the second and third spot, respectively.
On the other hand, thirteen (13) Special Enlistees of the CRSAFP completed the Operational Enhancement: Basic Product Development Training. The students of the said training were able to enhance their skills in product development, particularly in photo and video editing. They will fully utilize these skills as they go back to their respective offices and assignments in the CRSAFP.
MAJOR GENERAL RONNIE S EVANGELISTA AFP, Commander, CRSAFP, and the Guest of Honor and Speaker in the Joint Closing Ceremony, encouraged the new warrior diplomats and new product developers to continue on improving their abilities and value the important skills they acquired from their course and training.
