The Civil Relations Service, Armed Forces of the Philippines (CRSAFP) continues to conduct activities in compliance with the mandates of the AFP Transformation Roadmap (AFPTR) – the organization’s program that highlights its commitment to pursue genuine transformation founded on good governance and performance excellence.
In connection with this, the officers of the unit, headed by the Commander, BGEN JOSELITO E KAKILALA gathered together for a whole-day workshop-conference to ensure the cascading and practice of the discipline instilled in the AFPTR. It was culminated with the pinning of the AFPTR badge to all participants.
The activity was also attended by some officers from the Office of the Special Studies and Strategic Management, the unit that oversees to the implementation of the AFPTR, including CDR IRVIN JOHN A TUPAS PN, LTC JOEL M PALOMA PA and MAJ EDGARDO L VILCHEZ JR PA.
For its part, and in connection with the AFPTR, the AFP Civil Military Operations School (AFPCMOS) aims to become highly responsive, relevant primary training institution capable of conducting joint strategic CMO Courses and Joint Strategic CMO Programs of Instruction (POI’s), according to its Commandant, MAJ EDGARDO V TALAROC, JR. – (Anabel T.
