MAJ FREDERICK G DEDACE (GSC) JAGS (RES) topped the Strategic Civil-Military Operations Officers Online Course Class 11-16. Ms. Diane Erica C. Jogno graduated number two and MAJ MARLON T SALVADOR (INF) PA graduated number three while CPT MA ROSARIO L LAGAMON MAC (RES) received the Commandant’s Award as announced during the closing ceremony at the Multi-Purpose Hall, CRSAFP, Camp Aguinaldo Quezon City.

Special award on Best in Negotiation was received by 1LT RANIER VINCENT F DY PAF (RES), Best in Target Audience and Issue Analysis obtained by PSINSP VANESSA M GABOT, CPT LAGAMON and Ms. Jogno. Best in Regional Studies and Analysis was earned by MAJ MAGTANGGOL G PANOPIO PA. Certificate of Merit for Product Development (Strategic Communication Snapshot) was awarded to LTC GAUDENCIO A CANTOS III MNSA PA (RES), MAJ ABRAHAM S PASION PAF, MAJ MARLON T SALVADOR (INF) PA, MAJ FREDERICK G DEDACE (RES) (GSC), CPT ROMANO F LAAB JR (CAV) PA, CPT JHUNAR I SALUNGKIT JAGS, PSUPT BAYANI M RAZALAN and Ms. Arlene R. Monge.

During the closing ceremony the keynote speaker BGEN RHODERICK M PARAYNO AFP encourages the graduates to show the good qualities of a warrior diplomat and live up to its values and challenge them to “…Strive to be better, if not best – as strategic thinkers; peace-makers and passionate service men and women.”

On the other hand, the Commandant, LTC EDGARDO V TALAROC (INF) PA acknowledged the hard work and perseverance of the new warrior diplomats. He also recognized the diligent effort of school staff for the successful conduct of the course.
