AFPCMOS Bids Farewell to CRSAFP Commander

One month prior to the day of his retirement, BGEN JOSELITO E. KAKILALA, turned over the leadership of the Civil Relations Service Armed Forces of the Philippines (CRSFAP) to Acting Commander COL EDGARD A. AREVALO.

AFPCMOS Commandant, LTC EDGARDO V. TALAROC JR. and his staff attended the occasion and personally bid farewell to their former Commander. LTC TALAROC also underscored how BGEN KAKILALA supported the School in its various efforts including capability upgrade and partnership with various stakeholders.
