The Civil Relations Service Armed Forces of the Philippines (CRSAFP) was awarded the AFP Transformation Roadmap Institutionalization Pathway (AFPTRIP) Compliant Status during the recent Governance Exposition held at the AFP Commissioned Officers Club (AFPCOC). The Compliant Status was conferred in line with the Command’s implementation of the AFP Transformation Roadmap.
CRSAFP Commander BGEN JOSELITO E KAKILALA, congratulated and commended his subordinates for their support in CRSAFP Transformation Roadmap and encouraged each and every one to “continue to aim for excellence” in all their undertakings.
The Chief of the CRSAFP Governance Management Strategy Office (GSMO), MAJOR EDGARDO V. TALAROC, JR., on the other hand, encouraged the entire TEAM CRSAFP to continue to “endeavor and reach greater transformation, and live the spirit as impetus for real change.”
Compliant Status is the second of the four-stage Governance Pathway in the AFPTRIP – Initiated, Compliant, Proficient and Institutionalized. As the AFP intends to be institutionalized by September 2016, it is imperative that its subsidiary units/offices must also follow the path it has undertaken though not necessarily linear.
CRSAFP was among the first units within the AFP that obtained the Initiated Status in 2014. Now that it has attained the Compliant Stage, the Command is gearing towards acquiring the Proficient St
atus as soon as possible.
