As the Government Strategy Management Office (GSMO) of the Civil Relations Service Armed Forces of the Philippines (CRSAFP), the Civil-Military Operations School (CMOS) started to work with the Office of the Special Studies and Strategic Management, (OSSSM) in informing and educating the personnel of the CRSAFP on Scorecard Development Process through a 3-day seminar/workshop. The said workshop was attended by the key officers of CRSAFP.
The seminar/workshop started last February 26, 2015 with the Introduction of the Performance Governance System (PGS). The continuation of the said activity would be held on March 4 and 6, 2015 that would include the step-by-step process of Scorecard Development.
Being the GSMO of the Service, the CMOS would seriously pursue the propagation of PGS which is part of the strategic measure within the AFP Transformation Roadmap (ATR) that would ensure the AFP of professional and effective soldiers for the future that is a source of national pride.
